Job summary

LiquidStack is seeking an EHS Specialist to own and drive the company-wide safety program across Carrollton and Fort Worth locations, including field-service operations. You will develop, implement, and monitor OSHA-aligned safety policies, train staff, and lead incident investigations.

You will coordinate safety audits, risk assessments, and program improvements, advancing a proactive safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in safety coordination, EHS, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910) and applicable safety standards.
• OSHA 30‑Hour General Industry certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety/incident reporting tools.
• Ability to travel between Carrollton and Fort Worth (TX) sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the company-wide safety program end-to-end across all sites.
• Lead safety walks, safety audits, and inspections and drive closure of findings.
• Chair the safety committee and run regular meetings.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies aligned to OSHA and regulations.
• Standardize safety practices across sites to scale safely.
• Maintain SDS/chemical documentation and PPE management.
