Job summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc. is seeking a dedicated EHS professional to lead environmental, health and safety programs at its Freeman facility.

You will train staff, enforce safety policies, manage industrial hygiene, and ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements. The role includes conducting risk assessments, coordinating lab safety activities, maintaining records, and driving continuous safety improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree in safety/related field and relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety program management.
• Experience training staff and enforcing safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Directly support Environmental, Health and Safety at facility by training and enforcing safety programs.
• Manage industrial hygiene programs including medical testing, fit testing and contaminant monitoring.
• Maintain OSHA and environmental reporting and documentation with timely actions.
• Conduct EHS inspections, record findings and drive corrective action.
• Coordinate DOT files, drug screening, and regulatory documentation.
