Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of safety experience with OSHA certifications.
• 2+ years of direct hands-on safety experience in warehousing, manufacturing or transportation.
• Has attained or is working toward certification in safety as a recognized professional.

Responsibilities

• Complete safety training programs and maintain training logs and inspections.
• Inspect facilities to detect unsafe conditions and investigate incidents.
• Identify root causes and help implement corrective actions with supervision.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and interface with regulators (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
