Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• ASP or CSP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS/regulatory compliance experience in chemical, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, RCRA, CAA, CWA, DOT, TSCA, PSM and related regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing audits, permits, investigations, and regulatory agency interactions.
• Demonstrated leadership to influence operations teams and drive a proactive safety culture.

Aufgaben

• Lead the facility's environmental, health, and safety compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Manage regulatory audits, permits, inspections, reporting obligations, and relationships with government agencies.
• Conduct incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and partner with operations leadership to improve safety performance.
• Support Process Safety Management (PSM), HAZOP reviews, and risk management initiatives across the facility.
• Oversee employee training programs, compliance documentation, and environmental monitoring activities.
