Job summary

Auris Noble, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to guide growth while ensuring regulatory compliance across air emissions, waste, and reporting. You will lead the site’s EHS framework, integrate safety into new processes, and collaborate with operations and leadership to advance sustainable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
• Experience with EPA regulations, Clean Air Act (CAA), RCRA, SARA, and TRI reporting.
• Experience managing environmental permits and regulatory compliance programs in an industrial environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, metals processing, chemical processing, refining, or related industrial operations.
• Experience with air permitting, emissions calculations, permit applications, and agency interactions.
• Experience supporting facility expansions, process startups, or capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance activities related to air emissions, waste management, water compliance, chemical reporting, and regulatory permitting.
• Manage air permits and serve as the primary contact for permitting agencies.
• Develop permitting strategies to support operational growth while maintaining compliance with EPA and state regulations.
• Coordinate environmental reporting activities including TRI, SARA, Tier II, hazardous waste, and air emissions reporting.
• Maintain environmental management systems and support ISO 14001 certification.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to evaluate and implement new processes with EHS considerations.
• Develop permitting roadmaps for future facility and process expansion initiatives.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and oversee site safety programs including hazard communication, lockout/tagout, PPE, and emergency response.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Track EHS performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
