Job summary

Aurorium is seeking an EHS Manager for the Berkeley Heights site to lead environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements from OSHA to EPCRA. You will drive incident prevention, mentor the EHS team, and partner with site leadership to meet corporate EHS goals.

Responsibilities include managing risk assessments, training, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain world-class safety standards and regulatory compliance across all operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or related technical field.
• 5-7 years of EHS experience within a chemical manufacturing facility.
• 3 years of leadership experience, including training and auditing for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Enforces site safety policies and procedures.
• Provides guidance in EHS programs to employees, contractors and supervisors.
• Manages environmental programs, recordkeeping, reporting and permitting.
• Leads on-site EHS team members and contractors.
• Participates in emergency drills and critiques.
• Supports Corporate EHS initiatives through participation in councils.
