Iaas Lc in Wilmington, NC offers a 12-week summer internship for students pursuing an applicable bachelor’s degree. You will work full-time and gain hands-on experience on environmental health and safety projects on the production floor.

The role includes documentation, compliance activities, training-material updates, and collaboration with the EHS team, with mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to develop practical skills.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant discipline at an accredited university.
• GPA minimum 3.0.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.

Responsabilidades

• Review and update facility drawings, fire extinguisher maps, evacuation routes, severe weather maps, and emergency equipment locations.
• Assist with environmental compliance activities including chemical inventories, waste inspections, spill-prevention readiness, stormwater reviews, and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with EHS team members to ensure training materials reflect current policies, procedures, and best practices.
