Responsibilities

• Gather and organize data, check its accuracy, and help teams identify patterns or opportunities for improvement.
• Listen to employees and collaborate with EHS, operations, maintenance, and other teams to understand practical needs.
• Present project results, lessons, and recommendations to facility leadership.
