Job summary

Trane Technologies on-site 12-week summer internship offers hands-on exposure for students pursuing a BS/BA in Safety, Engineering, or related fields. Interns will engage in safety management, lean principles, and environmental compliance while observing manufacturing processes and interacting with senior leaders.

Applicants should maintain a 3.0+ GPA, demonstrate leadership, and possess strong communication and Excel/MS Office skills. Travel to North American locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Safety/Engineering with GPA >= 3.0 and junior/senior status.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook/Teams/OneNote/SharePoint).
• Demonstrated leadership in campus activities or work projects.
• Willing to travel to various North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week summer internship with exposure to Safety Management Systems, Lean Principles, and Environmental Compliance.
• Gain exposure to manufacturing processes and interact with senior leaders.
• Support assignments across policies, procedures, risk assessment, and training.
