Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Interns for summer 2027 at seed production facilities. You will work with site leaders, EHS professionals, and production teams on safety, occupational health, and environmental initiatives to build practical EHS capabilities.

The internship covers audits, industrial hygiene tasks, training support, incident investigations, and continuous-improvement projects. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
• Ability to collaborate with employees, leaders, and technical professionals in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS standards interpretation and application under guidance of site EHS leader.
• Participate in audits, workplace assessments, and document observations.
• Assist with industrial hygiene tasks, training material development, and onboarding.
• Contribute to incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Plan and complete an EHS improvement project using regulations and site data.
