AGCO Beloit, KS seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Intern for summer 2027. Join the EHS team onsite to gain practical experience and contribute from day one.

You will help develop safety programs, conduct risk assessments, assist with audits, and support training material development while pursuing a degree in a related field. This internship offers hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's or master's in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to commute to Beloit, Kansas daily.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Interest in environmental health and safety practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Previous internship, co-op, campus leadership, or relevant part-time work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of safety programs and procedures that promote a strong safety culture across the facility.
• Assist with ergonomic assessments and improvement initiatives to help create a safer and more efficient work environment.
• Participate in safety and environmental audits to help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Review, update, and develop employee training materials that strengthen safety awareness and knowledge.
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and workplace evaluations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
