The ideal candidate will support the implementation of safety programs in a food manufacturing facility, assisting in risk identification, promoting a safety culture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications

• No prior experience required; exposure to manufacturing or food production environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations (FDA, USDA) and environmental compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of production areas to identify hazards.
• Support corrective actions to mitigate risks and enhance safety.
• Assist in evaluating sanitation practices and hygiene protocols.
• Help interpret OSHA and EPA regulations in food production.
• Participate in safety training program development and delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to support safe process changes and upgrades.
