SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic EHS Ambassador to develop and maintain safety programs across state/federal regulations, while ensuring training and compliance with Cal/Fed OSHA and SEA standards.

You will coordinate inspections, audits, and investigations, oversee fire extinguisher checks, and drive safety initiatives with senior leadership. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent safety experience is required. California driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Theme park experience preferred.
• Must have safety/occupational health related experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry, OSHA 510 and OSHA 500 preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a valid California driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains safety programs compliant with State/Federal safety regs.
• Provide and maintain OSHA/SEA safety program training and compliance.
• Coordinate safety inspections, audits, and accident investigations for injuries.
• Oversee monthly/annual fire extinguisher inspections with in-house/contracted tech.
• Audit practices/records for SEA and governmental compliance.
• Review accidents/near-misses monthly with EHS and Park leadership.
• Co-chair monthly safety committee meetings for updates and trends.
• Monitor construction tasks and coordinate with site supervision.
• Respond to discovery requests by legal.
• Work with departments and leadership to ensure safe practices.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and budget adherence.
• Provide coaching and corrective actions as needed.
