Responsibilities

Provide daily EHS support to assigned departments, project teams, and field personnel.
Attend departmental meetings and provide updates on safety performance, concerns, and trends.
Participate in Toolbox Talks, safety briefings, and pre-task meetings.
Assist with developing/reviewing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and safe-work plans.
Coach employees and subcontractors on safe work practices and regulatory requirements.
Support leadership in identifying recurring safety concerns and corrective actions.
Conduct daily EHS observations of workplace conditions and activities.
Document safety observations, hazards, and corrective actions in company procedures.
Identify unsafe conditions during field inspections and site walks.
Report EHS concerns to management and Core EHS Team.
Take immediate action to stop work in imminent danger situations.
Support safe work execution in active construction, cleanroom, and high-tech environments.
Monitor PPE compliance, housekeeping, and access controls.
Recognize positive safety behaviors to promote a safe culture.
Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Review equipment, lifting activities, and work practices for compliance.
Track inspection findings, corrective actions, and closure dates.
Assist with regulatory reviews, SDS, permit-to-work documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve safety processes and documentation.
Conduct incident investigations, gather facts, and identify root causes.
Track corrective actions and verify timely completion.
Ensure emergency procedures and contacts are included in planning tools.
Provide first-aid support and participate in drills.
Prepare weekly/monthly EHS reports and metrics.
Maintain accurate EHS records and documentation.
