Job summary

Marketech International Corp. USA seeks an experienced EHS Manager to own site environmental, health, and safety management for MICU's semiconductor construction project.

You will drive safety culture on a fast-paced site, focusing on construction safety, OSHA compliance, and semiconductor-specific hazards. You will develop and maintain safety programs, conduct audits, investigations, and training, while coordinating emergency planning and contractor safety.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive EHS experience in semiconductor/high-tech construction.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and JHA/JSA processes.
• Experience with chemical, gas, and cleanroom hazards on multi-employer sites.
• Ability to support overtime, weekend work, or shift coverage as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but strong field experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain site EHS programs and safety plans.
• Oversee OSHA compliance, contractor safety management, and client safety requirements.
• Conduct field audits, hazard assessments, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses.
• Lead safety meetings and coach field teams on safe work practices.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, spill/chemical response, and PPE compliance.
• Escalate risks to Project Manager and exercise stop-work authority when required.
• Prepare EHS reports, metrics, and corrective action logs for leadership.
