Job summary

Avio Aero’s Phoenix facility seeks an EHS and Facilities Technician to perform environmental inspections, safety checks, and preventive maintenance support across EHS and Facilities tasks. The role reports to the Facilities Manager and collaborates with EHS, Facilities, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical EHS education preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial facilities, maintenance, or EHS environment is desirable.
• Ability to complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records; proficient in Excel and tracking systems.
• Strong communication with multiple departments and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental inspections and document findings, logs, and compliance checks.
• Assist with safety inspections of eyewash stations, extinguishers, and safety-critical equipment.
• Support facilities preventive maintenance and routine inspections of equipment and utilities.
• Coordinate inspections with qualified service providers and track corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records, logs, and cross-functional coordination with EHS and Facilities teams.
