Job summary

GE Aerospace (Avio Aero Phoenix) seeks a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead site maintenance and facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable operations of equipment, buildings, and utilities. You will own preventive maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and lifecycle planning while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will guide the maintenance organization, drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, manage contractors, and ensure audit readiness and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school with significant maintenance experience.
• 7+ years of maintenance/facilities leadership in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of people leadership with direct reports.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance.
• Experience coordinating regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance and facilities to ensure safe, compliant, reliable operation.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance and asset reliability improvements.
• Manage CMMS work orders, asset history, and spare parts coordination.
• Oversee regulatory coordination, safety compliance and cost performance.
• Develop and coach maintenance teams across functions.
