Job summary

Weg-Transformers-USA is seeking a seasoned Environmental, Health, Safety & ESG Manager to build and manage comprehensive EHS programs across production sites. You will partner with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading safety committees, training, investigations, and developing metrics for ESG performance while maintaining a safe, compliant workplace and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience managing regulatory compliance, safety programs, and investigations.
• Three years of labor relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve EHS, environmental, and sustainability programs.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT compliance.
• Lead safety committees and training.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support ESG reporting and performance metrics.
