The role emphasizes incident investigations, emergency planning, and management of ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems, ensuring OSHA, EPA, and SC regulations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field.
• Experience in an EHS role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA GIS, EPA and DOT regulations.
• Experience leading investigations and corrective actions.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of EHS programs and management systems.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and safety awareness programs.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, JHAs, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations using root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities.
• Administer safety programs such as Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation, Hazard Communication, LOTO, Contractor Safety, IH Monitoring, and Risk Management.
