Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, & Safety or related field
  • Experience in an EHS role within manufacturing/industrial environments
  • Knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards (29 CFR 1910), EPA Regulations (40 CFR), DOT Regulations (49 CFR)
  • Experience leading incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and influence at all levels
  • Must have current US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs and management systems
  • Deliver EHS training and safety awareness to strengthen participation and culture
  • Conduct facility inspections, audits, JHAs, and risk assessments to mitigate hazards
  • Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities
  • Administer safety programs (Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation, Hazard Communication, LOTO, Contractor Safety)
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and leadership to integrate EHS
  • Monitor EHS KPIs and regulatory reporting and communications
  • Support sustainability initiatives and capital projects to ensure compliance
