Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manufacturing and leadership experience, with strong ability to present information and collaborate with management, engineering and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers and employees.
• Experience in the investment casting industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an effective team; plan and conduct meetings, manage staffing levels, and support career development.
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain documentation for disciplinary actions.
• Lead training and orientation to ensure EHS rule knowledge and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement and interface with union officials.
