Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational safety, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in EHS or environmental compliance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of air emissions, hazardous waste, wastewater, and stormwater regulations.
• Experience with environmental permitting and regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and waste reduction.
• Experience with EHS management systems (ISO 14001/45001) preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EHS management systems ISO 14001/45001 for regulatory compliance.
• Manage environmental programs, permits, reporting and monitoring.
• Analyze EHS performance data and prepare reports.
• Conduct inspections and audits, monitor regulatory changes.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs.
• Support health and safety programs including chemical safety and IH.
• Review chemicals and processes for EHS risk; assist in PHAs/HAZOP.
• Lead or support emergency preparedness and incident investigations.
• Serve as EHS resource to site personnel and regulators.
