Element Solutions Inc is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist in New Haven, CT, responsible for supporting EHS systems and programs focused on regulatory compliance and permitting. The ideal candidate will lead environmental permitting and maintain compliance across various regulations while facilitating audits and continuous improvement efforts.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2–5 years of industrial experience. The compensation ranges from $71,822 to $107,732, inclusive of various employee benefits.

Provides support to all functions of the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems and programs, with a primary focus on environmental permitting and regulatory compliance. Serves as the principal in‑plant compliance and permitting specialist, ensuring all site operations adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
This role is responsible for administering environmental permits, maintaining compliance systems, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the EHS management system. The position drives continuous improvement of programs, policies, and compliance posture.

The typical base salary range for this position is between $71,822.00 and $107,732.00.
