Qualifications

• Professional certification (P.E., P. Eng., CSP) preferred
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, occupational safety and process safety principles
• Experience leading Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and investigations

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional SME for Occupational Safety and Process Safety Management
• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and performance metrics
• Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across regional facilities
• Partner with operations, engineering, and manufacturing to embed EHS into new processes and capital projects
• Direct regional and global EHS auditing and compliance activities
• Collaborate to implement risk reduction initiatives including FM Global recommendations
• Develop and deliver Process Safety Management training and support EHS reporting
