Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is seeking an EHS Engineer to support environmental stewardship and a safe workplace across operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS teams.

You will help manage permits, regulatory reporting, and environmental programs while driving continuous improvements to reduce risk and protect people and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple or shifting priorities.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Complete and maintain required certifications and training, including HAZWOPER, RCRA/DOT, OSHA, and annual refreshers courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance by supporting permitting activities and interpreting regulations.
• Manage environmental reporting data for regulatory submissions and documentation.
• Drive environmental improvements by identifying risks and implementing process changes.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS to solve problems and support projects.
• Oversee waste management, chemical handling, and spill prevention programs.
• Manage audits, inspections, fire protection systems, and emergency response programs.
