Job summary

C&S Chemicals is seeking an EHS Director in Roswell, GA to lead strategy, programs, and culture for safety and environmental performance. This high-visibility role advises the CEO, COO and Board on EHS risk and investments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of senior EHS leadership, CSP/CHMM preferred, and experience with ISO standards, OSHA/EPA regulations, and multi-site operations. Travel up to 25-30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience with leadership in multi-site settings.
• Experience in regulated, high-hazard industries preferred (manufacturing, chemicals, logistics).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year EHS strategy aligned to company goals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, ISO 14001/45001; oversee permits.
• Lead EHS programs across sites; manage budget and staffing resources.
• Foster proactive safety culture with training and incident investigations.
