Job summary

Delta Star Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to support and administer environmental, health, and safety programs. This role acts as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement in EHS performance.

You will lead program implementation across operations, identify risks, investigate incidents, develop training, and collaborate with Corporate EHS, HR, and engineering to implement practical safety solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience.
• Experience documenting regulatory reports and permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of EHS programs.
• Coordinate OSHA inspections and regulatory interactions.
• Investigate incidents and determine root causes.
• Deliver EHS training and track completion.
• Collaborate with leadership to reduce risk and drive compliance.
