Job summary

The Colonial Group is seeking an EHS Coordinator to assist with safety and environmental initiatives across departments, conducting risk assessments, providing training, and fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

You will apply OSHA regulations, investigate incidents, coordinate trainings, manage environmental compliance and waste records, and participate in production floor activities to ensure ongoing safety improvements and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Environmental, Health and Safety or similar.
• 1-3 years’ experience in an EHS role

Responsibilities

• Safety: Ensure OSHA compliance across programs and procedures.
• Safety: Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Safety: Coordinate and conduct trainings to ensure compliance.
• Environmental: Coordinate waste disposal and record keeping, ensure regulatory compliance.
• General: Participate in production and staff meetings; track trainings; apply corporate standards.
