Job summary

C/A Design seeks a proactive EHS Coordinator to elevate safety programs across the Exeter facility and Nashua program. You will implement policies, lead audits, conduct trainings, manage incident investigations, and partner with operations, engineering, and HR to weave EH&S into daily work.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in EHS or equivalent experience, 5+ years in manufacturing EHS, and strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or higher with relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum 5 years of proven EHS experience in a similar manufacturing role
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to communicate clearly with all audiences

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve current EHS programs and policies at the Exeter facility
• Coordinate EH&S training for employees, contractors, and visitors
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis with corrective actions
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, purchasing and HR to embed EH&S into daily operations
• Monitor EH&S performance metrics and prepare management reports
• Represent EH&S in audits and inspections and stay current with regulations
