Job summary

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma; some college preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience or understanding of OSHA and environmental compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with plant safety, environmental and risk-management programs.
• Drive a zero-injury culture through training and accountability.
• Assist with OSHA compliance, inspections, recordkeeping and corrective actions.
• Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Maintain environmental permits and recycling programs.
• Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and HR on improvements.
• Support capital projects to ensure EHS requirements are met.
