Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an EHS Coordinator in the United States to implement and manage environmental health and safety programs across facilities, ensuring compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and CalEPA while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, training coordination, and maintaining logs and environmental reports. The role also covers chemical management, evacuation planning, and hazardous waste manifests.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of EHS experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA/CalOSHA/EPA/CalEPA compliance and reporting.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and trainings for AHJ requirements.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents and near misses.
• Maintain safety data logs, training records, and environmental reports.
• Support safety committee meetings and evacuation drill planning.
• Manage Chemical Management System and SDS library; hazardous waste manifests.
