Job summary

Chewy is seeking a full-time EHS Coordinator for the Mt. Juliet, TN Fulfillment Center. The role coordinates and implements all areas of the Chewy EHS Program as advised by leadership, serving as the designated EHS shift representative to ensure safety and compliance.

You will train team members, conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and communicate EHS risks and improvements to leadership to uphold Chewy’s safety standards.

• High level of safety awareness and proactive approach to EHS programs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analysis, judgment, and customer-focused skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as designated EHS shift representative and coordinate Chewy EHS program as advised by Site EHSM.
• Influence safe work behavior and maintain a compliant environment across the FC.
• Train and coach team members on at-risk behaviors and EHS responsibilities.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations; communicate findings to leadership.
