Job summary

Chewy is seeking a full-time EHS Coordinator at our Belton, Missouri Fulfillment Center to serve as a designated shift representative and coordinate the Chewy EHS Program under leadership guidance.

You will train and coach team members on at-risk behaviors, conduct risk assessments, support audits, and maintain EHS metrics to help ensure a safe work environment in alignment with federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as designated EHS shift representative and coordinate Chewy EHS Program.
• Influence safety behaviors and maintain a safe work environment.
• Train and coach Team Members on at-risk behaviors.
• Conduct risk assessments related to jobs and new equipment.
• Support leadership to ensure compliance with EHS programs and laws.
• Perform audits and communicate safety issues to leadership.
• Maintain EHS paperwork and metrics for leadership.
• Train Team Members in EHS responsibilities.
• Support EHS trainings as needed.
