Job summary

Winchester seeks an EH&S Regional Leader to provide strategic oversight of environmental, health, and safety programs across Manitowoc, WI and other designated sites. You will partner with operations to embed EH&S requirements into daily work, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EH&S regulations, leadership capabilities, and willingness to travel up to 50% to support multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma with 10+ years of EH&S experience in manufacturing accepted as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic EH&S leadership for multiple sites including Manitowoc, WI and designated additional sites.
• Integrate EH&S requirements into daily operations and drive risk mitigation programs.
• Lead regulatory compliance efforts with OSHA/EPA standards and audit readiness.
• Develop and improve EH&S management systems and documentation for ISO and regulatory needs.
• Lead root-cause investigations and action plans to drive continuous improvement in safety.
