Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an EH&S Coordinator II to champion safety at Lincoln, NE sites. You will implement safety programs, conduct trainings, and ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and internal policies while coordinating with operations to reduce hazards and incidents.

The role emphasizes audits, incident investigations, and data-driven safety improvements, reporting to the EH&S Manager and supporting the site's safety culture.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Minimum 2 years in heavy industrial construction safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead safety trainings and hazard awareness.
• Ability to perform incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in safety trainings and site education.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures per SSP and regulations.
• Investigate incidents, document findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations to promote a safe work culture.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and safety reporting.
• Maintain safety records and support regulatory communications.
• Support continuous improvement of safety practices.
