Job summary

Armorock Polymer Concrete seeks an EHS Coordinator at our Boulder City, NV facility to manage day-to-day environmental compliance and lead plant safety initiatives on the floor. The role splits roughly 60% environmental duties and 40% safety responsibilities, with priorities shifting as needs arise.

You will maintain air permit records, emissions tracking, waste documentation, and support regulator audits while delivering onboarding and toolbox talks to employees on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or a regulated industrial setting.
• Hands-on experience maintaining air permit records and tracking emissions or material usage.
• Experience with hazardous waste, stormwater, SPCC, EPCRA reporting.

Responsibilities

• Environmental Compliance (60%): maintain site compliance calendar, track material usage and emissions, prepare reports, manage waste handling and inspections, support regulator visits.
• Health & Safety (40%): conduct plant inspections, deliver safety training, support incident investigations, track near misses and corrective actions, lead safety committee activities.
• Other duties: maintain EHS records, work with consultants/regulators to closure, support corporate EHS initiatives and program rollouts, reinforce QUESST values.
