RIE Coatings, LLC. is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer to lead environmental compliance and workplace safety initiatives across our manufacturing facilities in 3 states.

This on-site role requires travel among Albuquerque, NM, Dubuque, IA, and Eden Valley, MN, with 25-35% travel expected. You will drive OSHA and EPA compliance, manage permits and inspections, lead audits and risk assessments, and deliver EHS training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsabilités

• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage environmental permits, reporting, and regulatory inspections.
• Oversee hazardous waste, wastewater, air emissions, and chemical management programs.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees.
• Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve safety, environmental performance, and compliance.
• Track EHS metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
