Job summary

Campbell is seeking a Manager, Environmental Health & Safety to lead the EHS programs for the Goodyear plant, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations, delivering reports, and driving continuous improvement.

The role partners with plant leadership to develop safety initiatives, trains staff, maintains records, and supports incident investigations, with a focus on fostering a strong safety culture across all departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• 3+ years of experience in a safety-related manufacturing environment.
• Experience with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees plant monthly wastewater monitoring in collaboration with City of Goodyear.
• Acts as a company representative to city officials with all plant wastewater and environmental matters.
• Oversees plant ESG programs to ensure site is delivering corporate ESG objectives.
• Oversees regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other state/local regulatory departments to achieve company EHS objectives.
• Provides guidance and information to supervision and management regarding regulatory compliance as it relates to employee health and safety.
• Maintains OSHA 300 logs and injury/illness metrics.
• Establishes and/or develops site operation specific health and safety programs as needed.
• Performs operational hazard assessments including evaluation of appropriate engineering controls and/or protective equipment.
