Job summary

Yulista Solutions LLC at NASA AFRC seeks an on-site EHS Coordinator to lead safety, health, and environmental programs for the Aircraft Operations Support area. You will develop, implement, and maintain the SHEMP and ensure compliance with NASA, FAA, OSHA, and AS9100/9110 requirements, promoting a proactive safety culture to protect personnel and equipment.

Reporting to the AOS Site Lead, you will conduct inspections, manage incident investigations, coordinate training, and support EMS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible EHS experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or maintenance environment.
Knowledge of NASA SHEMP, FAA/NASA mishap investigation procedures, and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Safety and Health Plan (SHEMP) as required by the PWS and NASA AFRC Safety Office.
Oversee site safety and environmental programs including confined space, lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, hazardous materials, and emergency preparedness.
Conduct regular facility and worksite inspections; track corrective actions to closure.
Ensure incidents, near-misses, and safety observations are documented, investigated, and reported per procedures.
Coordinate training programs and maintain EHS training records; promote safety stand-downs and awareness campaigns.
Serve as on-site focal point for incident and emergency response; support drills and investigations.
