Job summary

Yulista Holding LLC is seeking an on-site EHS Coordinator to lead safety, health, and environmental programs at NASA AFRC. You will develop and maintain the SHEMP, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture protecting personnel, equipment, and the environment.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency planning, training, and driving continuous improvement in EHS performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible EHS experience, including aerospace, manufacturing, or maintenance.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or ASP preferred; OSHA 30-hour a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Safety, Health and Environmental Management Plan (SHEMP).
• Oversee site safety and environmental programs, including PPE, hazardous materials, waste handling and spill response.
• Ensure OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926 and NASA-specific health requirements are met across activities.
• Coordinate safety training and maintain EHS records and certifications.
• Lead incident response, emergency planning and drills with NASA and base services.
• Track EHS metrics and support audits (NASA/OSHA/AS9100/9110).
• Drive continuous improvement under the "People First, Mission Ready" safety philosophy.
