Zone 5 Technologies in San Luis Obispo is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator to support day-to-day EHS programs across our aerospace manufacturing operations. The role focuses on administrative tasks, training logistics, recordkeeping, and incident documentation under supervision of the EHS Specialist and OpEx Director.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in EHS or administrative support in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Willingness to learn OSHA and EPA regulatory frameworks.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail for recordkeeping and data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new EHS software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with scheduling and documenting routine compliance inspections and walkthroughs.
• Maintain EHS compliance records, permit files, and regulatory calendars; enter data into tracking spreadsheets.
• Support hazardous waste management administration: prepare waste labels, file manifests, and logs.
• Assist with logistics for regulatory agency inspections and third-party audits.
• Update compliance tracking calendars and send reminders for permit renewals and reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) reviews and industrial hygiene monitoring logistics.
