Job summary

ACET, Incorporated is seeking an Occupational Environmental Health & Safety (OEHS) Specialist to support Aerospace Operations, Manufacturing, and Field Services programs. You will administer, monitor, and continuously improve workplace safety, environmental compliance, occupational health, and medical surveillance programs across aircraft maintenance, depot modifications, and warehousing.

This role ensures OSHA/EPA and customer requirements are met, conducts inspections and audits, and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of EHS experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or government operations.
Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, local, and customer safety requirements.
Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and workplace assessments.
Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.
Track safety metrics and oversee audits and incident investigations.
Coordinate workers' compensation claims and medical surveillance programs.
