Your Role – A Future-Focused Challenge
As an EHS Coordinator, your key responsibility will be to maintain and enhance our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program in alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications. You’ll lead the deployment of EHS-related tools and systems for chemical management, incident tracking, APV (workplace assessments), and audit processes. You’ll also contribute to the creation and implementation of internal EHS guidelines and processes across the organization, ensuring our Business Management System remains up to date. Your core tasks will include:
Coordinating the local implementation of EHS measures according to corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring current and emerging EHS risks and advising on prioritization and resolution strategies.
Analyzing EHS-related statistics to provide guidance and recommend corrective actions.
Determining and coordinating corrective and preventive measures.
Leading the collection, consolidation, and reporting of EHS performance data.
Supporting site management with all EHS matters.
Collaborating with EHS professionals across specific sites or business units.

We’re Looking for Minds, Not Capes
To succeed in this role, you should have:
At least 5 years of EHS experience.
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
Certified internal auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Well-organized with excellent communication abilities.
Experience conducting safety walks and workplace assessments (APV).
