Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is looking for an EHS Administrative & Compliance Specialist to ensure site adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations through training, medical surveillance, supplier compliance, and budget oversight at the Greenville site.

You will liaise with the EHS department, leadership, and suppliers to drive operational excellence, manage GEARS and Ariba procurement, and implement process improvements for safer, more efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 5 years EHS experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex data with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence leaders and vendors.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Supplier Administration - Manage onsite contractor compliance with safety assessment requirements via the ComplyWorks program and coordinate with PMs, EHS, and Sourcing.
• EHS Training Management - Oversee the Greenville EHS Training system for the Manufacturing team and ensure regulatory training requirements are met.
• Budget & Purchasing Administration - Manage annual EHS budget, track expenditures, and process ARs in GEARS and POs in Ariba; monitor invoicing and discrepancies.
• Process Improvement - Collect data and perform RCA on EHS challenges; develop and implement improvements with EHS and Facilities teams.
