Job summary

IDEMIA Secure Transactions seeks an experienced Compliance / EHS Manager to provide site leadership for environmental, health, safety, regulatory, physical security, and PCI compliance. The role develops and audits programs, evaluates operational risk, leads investigations, and partners across the organization to keep operations safe, secure, and audit‑ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in EHS, regulatory compliance, or site compliance within a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements and experience developing, implementing, and auditing safety and environmental programs.
• Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations and root‑cause analyses, and managing corrective actions to closure.
• Experience supporting regulatory, customer, or certification audits and maintaining audit‑ready records and programs.
• Strong judgment, organization, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to respond to urgent site safety, environmental, security, or emergency matters as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory, EHS and compliance management for the site, ensuring OSHA, EPA, PCI standards and local requirements are met.
• Maintain regulatory calendars, translate changes into procedures, training, and records.
• Serve as primary site contact for inspections, audits, and responses with timely closure of findings.
• Develop and continually improve safety and environmental programs, conduct inspections and audits, and track leading and lagging indicators.
• Coordinate EHS training and verify program effectiveness across the site.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions using root‑cause methods.
• Maintain emergency plans, drills, and liaison with external responders and partners.
