Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an EHS Coordinator for the Industrial Process Filtration division in North America. You will coordinate environmental health and safety programs, work with site leadership, and ensure successful implementation of EHS procedures.

The role requires a strong knowledge of regulations, manufacturing experience, and the ability to travel. You will support Lean, HR, and Supply Chain efforts while maintaining thorough EHS records and reporting.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in a technical field; extensive experience with certificate programs, CEUs, or associates degree may be acceptable.
• Strong working knowledge of EHS regulations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
• Ergonomics and Behavior Based Safety experience a plus.
• 3+ years of applicable experience.
• Able to work independently and travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Ability to plan and implement EHS programs.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Collaborates effectively with management and shop-floor associates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all EHS training.
• Ensure and manage EHS regulatory compliance.
• Oversee energy management and use reduction initiatives.
• Lead waste minimization and recycling programs.
• Direct all applicable EHS reporting and maintain records.
• Interface with Corporate EHS and manage OSHA/EPA actions.
