Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in a related technical or business field.
• Proven leadership experience in a team setting (2+ years) and ability to drive results.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, technology, and general business practices.
• Demonstrated teamwork and the ability to develop others.
• Ability to promote new ideas and positive change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management to meet enterprise goals.
• Ensure execution of EHS programs and ISO 14001 and related certifications.
• Lead EHS reporting on performance, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Manage EHS training programs across the business unit.
• Coordinate EHS corrective action programs including audits and inspections.
• Oversee energy, water, and waste initiatives as part of resource conservation.
• Support EHS aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and property remediation.
• Collaborate with Lean, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Service and Innovation to embed EHS.
