Job summary

Andritz Inc. is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the Neenah/Appleton area with developing and communicating the safety and environmental program.

You will work with HSE personnel across Appleton and Green Bay while interacting with plant operations leaders and production staff. The role involves implementing OSHA-related programs, leading trainings, and ensuring compliance with environmental requirements, including handling regulatory reports and site inspections.

Qualifications

• HSE experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and program requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint to generate reports and materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a local HSE program including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification.
• Administer training through the safety management program.
• Assist with incident investigations, reporting, recordkeeping, and KPI metrics.
• Conduct inspections and audits and close corrective actions.
• Support environmental reporting and pollution prevention at the local plant.
