Job summary

CVS Health, via Omnicare, seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead EHS programs across pharmacy, distribution, and corporate operations. You will ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, manage hazardous waste, and drive safety improvements in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role offers a hybrid schedule out of the Glasgow, KY area with travel across the continental United States. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of EHS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with OSHA and EPA compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, safety programs and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Oversee hazardous/pharmaceutical waste management and permits.
• Support inspections, audits, and corrective actions across facilities.
• Develop training and engage employees to foster a safety culture.
