CVS Health’s Omnicare unit seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations. You will partner with site leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance: ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT and related regulations are met across sites.
Pharmaceutical & Hazardous Waste Management: oversee hazardous/pharma waste programs and compliance.
Environmental Programs: manage spill prevention, emergency response, and reporting.
Safety & Risk Management: conduct safety audits, incident investigations, CAPAs, and metric tracking.
Training & Employee Engagement: develop and deliver EHS training and promote safety culture.
Emergency Preparedness: maintain response plans and coordinate weather or environmental incidents.
